Outstanding Customer Service Experience

I purchased a full white percale set for a king size bed. I'm very happy with the quality (exactly like I remember at four seasons) but even happier with the customer service - Eric went above and beyond to deliver the right product even after we (my wife) changed her mind to the grey set in sateen. This website is now our default option whenever we need to replace our bed linens.
